Camp LoMia better be prepared for us crazy Mesa East Stake YW! We go to girls camp 2 weeks, 3 days, and 15 hours! I'm just glad I'll be at girls camp rather than starting school like half of the valley! I LOVE LOVE LOVE girls camp and am so excited to be YCLing with my friends! Bahahahe! I can hardly wait!

I like to ride my bicycle!

This would be the tandem bike that was my mother's as a child. We brought it down to AZ and Austin did some mighty hard work to restore it. He did an amazing job and I like to ride my bicycle I like to ride my bike! Thanks Austin!

Life . . .

Yesterday, my 92 year old Grandma was told she has cancer. She won't be with us very much longer. She has been living at Cove Point, Assisted Living Center. They aren't able to care for her, so she won't be able to return there. She will be living with my parents as soon as she gets out of the hospital. 

Two weeks ago my dad had surgery for prostate cancer. He can't lift over 10 pounds for the next 8 weeks. By then Grandma will likely have passed, and he feels so bad that he will not be able to help more. He will do the cooking and dishes, Mom will take care of her Mom and the chores. (They have 10 acres, 3 horses and 6 calves.) I am going up this weekend to help move things and get their house ready for Grandma to move in. 

I had a dream the other night. After all I could do, I needed help! I turned around and there was my Dad! What great peace that dream brought me to know that my Dad was quick to my rescue! Little did I know that when I would talk to my Dad the following day that I would be afforded the opportunity to come to his rescue.

I'm it! Here you are.

1. I would be fine if I go the rest of my life without having another pet.

2. I one day want to live in Colorado.

3. I am an avid roller blader!

4. I could sit and watch movies forever.

5. I have quite taken to flying, so driving any more than the 6 hour Cali drive is quite a challenge for me now, and that's stretching it.

6. My favorite yogurt is Dannon light 'n fit, vanilla. Tasty!

7. I love Nordstrom Rack more than almost any other place.

8. I drive the cutest little scooter ever!

9. It messes up my hair and make-up every day so sometimes I wish I had a car to drive.

10. But I still love my scooter all the same!

11. I have always been blessed with 2-3 really good friends that I do almost everything with.

12. I fall asleep in about 7 seconds every night. No tossing and turning for me.

13. I think I am able to fall asleep mostly because when I was younger I could never fall asleep so I trained myself to completely clear my mind. Not to think of "nothing" but to have a blank mind. It is such a wonderful blessing to be able to do that.

14. I LOVE WICKED!!! I love singing so loud with the soundtrack.

15. I love singing even though I sing kinda quiet around people.

16. There aren't too many things I have a strong opinion on, but I am very passionate when I do have an opinion.

17. Family means more to me than anything. I can't really express how much I appreciate my supportive family.

18. My favorite movies are Elf, Mulan, You've Got Mail, and LadyHawke

19. I just got amazingly cute glasses and I love them so much!!!!!

20. I am typing this in Seattle.

21. It was sunny in Seattle today.

22. I am finding a joy in reading the scriptures that I have never before experienced.

23. I have a testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know the Lord blesses us even when we may no deserve it.

24. I love cooking.

25. My other favorite place even above Nordstrom Rack is the park, any park.

Morgan- so sorry about being "lame to the max" as I believe you put it. I don't really have anything earth-shattering to say, which is probably why I have been neglecting all of my blogs. I will say that the COOLEST thing happened this week. I went in for a regular baby check-up, and I got to hear this crazy fast heart beat! YAY! Our baby has a heart! Since I haven't really felt much different pre-pregnant to now, it was very comforting to hear the pitter-patter of our little one. I know in good time I will wake up to find that all my pants are just too tight, and when that day comes, I may want to go back to when my pants fit, but at least there would be some sign of being pregnant! I know you veterans are just thinking "be grateful", which believe me I am, but I am getting a teensy bit impatient! Please don't remind me I said that in a few months...
